We are on several of the popular OTA (online travel agencies) like Airbnb, but by booking direct you are able to signficant money on the service fee. 

Most OTAs charge anywhere from 14%-16% service fee.  When you book direct we are able to lower the service fee to 7-8%. 

Additionally, when you book direct we offer our exclusive Bachelorette package for FREE (an additional $300 add-on when booking through an OTA).

Our standard Bachelorette Package includes:

• Bridal decor in master bedroom
• Bride to be neon sign
• Frozen margarita machine and mix (alcohol not provided)
• 4 bachelorette board games
• 12 pink cowboy hats
• Itinerary planning assistance

We also know that you may want to put a personal touch to your setup.  

Our design team is here to help!  For an additional fee, we can assist the following items:

• Sourcing personalized decor
• Decorated Stays
• Snacks + Hydration
• Handcrafted Charcuterie

Prices vary; You can setup a consulation call after booking.

Our minumum nights stay are usually between 2-3 nights.

You will get a personalized door code for self-check-in 3 days before your stay.

You can enter the house from the front door opening into the living room. You will have access to the entire house except for two locked owner’s closets.

• 50% of the nightly rate, fees, and taxes.

Our check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We aim to provide ample time for our guests to settle in and enjoy their stay, while also ensuring we have sufficient time to prepare the space for our next guests.

If you have any special requests regarding check-in or check-out times, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

The driveway will comfortably fit 4 cars.  Additional street parking is available if needed.

1. Dive into the bubbly bliss of our hot tub, but remember: no glass allowed! Let’s keep the party going without any accidental breaks. We do provide plastic cups instead.
2. Hot tub covers are for keeping the heat in, not for impromptu dance floors! Please refrain from sitting or standing on them.
3. To ensure fresh air for everyone, we kindly ask that you enjoy your smoke outside.
4. We have a front door camera installed here to ensure everyone’s safety. We kindly ask that you please refrain from touching or tampering with the camera, including disconnecting the Wi-Fi. It’s all part of our effort to keep things running smoothly and keep everyone safe and sound.
5. While we can’t control the weather or unexpected surprises, we can promise a fantastic stay. No refunds for forces of nature beyond our control.
6. Large parties (outside of guests on reservation) are generally not allowed. Please reach out in advance to let us know if several additional visitors will be at the property. Our awesome housekeeping team takes time-stamped photos before and after each booking to ensure everything stays in top shape. 
7. Let’s keep the peace, folks! Quiet hours are in effect from 10PM to 7AM, ensuring everyone gets their beauty sleep.
8. Need assistance? We’ve got you covered from 9AM to 10PM every day. While we might be catching some Z’s outside those hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

This Ingles is less than 5 minutues from the house.

While we don’t offer trip insurance ourselves, we strongly recommend securing your own coverage.

It’s essential to carefully review the policy you choose to understand which cancellation reasons are included and which are not. We particularly advise considering a Cancel For Any Reason option for added flexibility and peace of mind.
