We are on some of the popular OTA (online travel agencies) like Airbnb, but by booking direct you are able to signficant money on the service fee. 

Most OTAs charge anywhere from 14%-16% service fee.  When you book direct we are able to lower the service fee to 7-8%. 

Additionally, you can often snag exclusive deals and discounts that aren’t available on third-party platforms.

Our minumum nights stay are usually between 2-3 nights.

Our house is away from the crowds yet less than 15 minutes from downtown.  Here are the distances to some of the popular spots in Asheville:

Downtown Asheville: 6.9 miles
UNCA: 5.1 miles
Biltmore Estate: 15.2 miles
NC Arboretum: 12.0 miles
Asheville Regional Airport: 18.1 miles
Asheville Outlets: 10.2 miles
River and Arts District: 6.6 miles
West Asheville: 6.2 miles

Our check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We aim to provide ample time for our guests to settle in and enjoy their stay, while also ensuring we have sufficient time to prepare the space for our next guests.

You will get a personalized door code for self-check-in.

You can enter the house from the front door opening into the living room. You will have access to the entire house except for three locked owner’s closets.

The driveway will comfortably fit 4 cars.  Additional street parking is available if needed.

Yes, our house has high speed wireless internet.

Our home is pet friendly with a limit of two animals. 

We kindly ask that you pick up after your dogs and try to keep them off the furniture in respect to the other guest.

1. Please do not bring glass into the hot tub. Do not sit/stand on the Hot Tub Cover.
2. To ensure fresh air for everyone, we kindly ask that you enjoy your smoke outside.
3. We have a front door camera installed here to ensure everyone’s safety. We kindly ask that you please refrain from touching or tampering with the camera, including disconnecting the Wi-Fi. It’s all part of our effort to keep things running smoothly and keep everyone safe and sound.
4. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
5. Large parties (outside of guests on reservation) are generally not allowed. Please reach out in advance to let us know if several additional visitors will be at the property. Our awesome housekeeping team takes time-stamped photos before and after each booking to ensure everything stays in top shape. 
6. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM.
7. Please note that we are available from 9AM to 10PM every day. There may be a delay in hearing back from us outside of those hours.

We know how stressful it can be traveling with young kids, so we’ve included two pack-and-plays for families with littles.

This Ingles is less than 5 minutues from the house.

Yes, traveling can be stressful enough so all of those items are included in your stay.

While we don’t offer trip insurance ourselves, we strongly recommend securing your own coverage.

It’s essential to carefully review the policy you choose to understand which cancellation reasons are included and which are not. We particularly advise considering a Cancel For Any Reason option for added flexibility and peace of mind.
